Sorry to hear about your EBJD, i lost my female one about a month after buying her. Its unfortunate but young EBJD are so temperamental its unreal. They do just drop dead unexpectedly. I don't know why, they just seem really unstable at a young age. Its bad of MA to accuse you of bad fish keeping though, and i'd say your well within your rights to send a letter to thier HQ.

Fish are all growing really well... The Parrot is around 4" already and really entertaining to watch!

I've bought a 3" Jack Dempsey since it caught my eye in the shop and is currently being chased by the female GBR!

Got myself a nice 5" L177 large spot Gold Nugget pleco yesterday

Was £40, but they're hard to find and it's a nice size...

I'm getting a Eheim 2078 this week too I was going to go for the 2080 but it's a little too big I think and it doesn't have the fancy functions of the 2078...

Now I've just got to sort my sand out, a patch across the front keeps turing grey and it's really annoying me! The rest of the sand is spotless and yellow/orange...

Just ordered my Eheim 2078 via Charterhouse Aquatics, they did the filter, USB kit and media set for £300 delivered!... It'll be here tomorrow

Should keep the tank pretty spotless coupled with the FX-5

The Sevs are fine with my plants, don't eat or uproot them...

I'm shocked about how much algae the L177 has got through. My bogwood is spotless, like new! Haha

Just got this cheeky filter up and running...

Very impressed with it, super easy to set up and silent as a mouse!

I've currently got it on the wave function and it's stirring up my tank a treat. This coupled with the FX-5 should mean I've got one crystal clear tank in the morning
