My fluval 204 that i run on my 55gallon. the tube disconnected from the canister! man my mom was pissed! lol i had to drain my tank, i kept my JD's in a cooler and blow dry the carpet...I blew a circuit in the house cuz i was running 2 blow dryers, TV, and my 20gallon all in one room. woo that was a hectick day! lol your tank is ganna be awesome i cant wait!
I hope that never happens because this is one hell of a tank to move.
I finished the planting and I'm doing a water change again now.
It may take one more after this, but it is pretty clear. It didn't help that the gravel vac blew off my python and just started spraying a stream of water straight into the sand.
Well, everyone is in now I just have to wait. Let the corys do there job of cleaning stuff off and sifting the sand to kick up the remaining silt and see how everything looks tomorrow when the water should be crystal clear.
I had the tops open to drop the temp a few notches. It had gone up to 80 because I wasn't paying attention to the water temp on filling.
Well, it is now 99% settled. I'm not so happy with the way the lighting looks and I'm thinking on ways to work on that. I haven't decided if I am going to add a powerhead yet or not, but I have the 2-900GPH. I'm running Triple Filteration right now in order to clear it up copmletely.
If things go well I'm hoping to add 2 pair of blue rams to the tank, 3 more otos, 3 clown loaches, and I'm considering a couple more plecs. And I have more cory on the way (they are still growing. )
