Neon Tetra

hi all, i've recently added some neon tetra to my tank and one has floated to surface and keeps swimming at the top of tank? almost vertically with is head end to the surface ,
any help?

Always the first question, is your tank 'cycled and second, what are your stats?

yeah man its cycled everything fine
