I am just waiting for babies. I wonder if they will breed, and if so, how long I'll have to wait.

AAHH, I see that familiar shiny glass bottom (of the tank, fnarr), , , in my main tank I had a "crater" about 4" wide with sand dumped in a big mound nearby, before moving them there was small craters everywhere and the Multis used to shelter in them, should really have took some pics. will try find some get them posted up for comparrison... Tank looking good, the dark gravel is very natural looking :good:

I am thinking that they are breeding. The males have been disappearing and so have the females. I was seeing the same male sit in front of the same shell for like 2 weeks, no he has been missing for 2 days. One male has been missing for ever a week (saw his tail come out of a shell in one of the pits he dug), and I finally saw a female (who I hadn't seen for quite some time) come out of a shell today. Either they are always like this, or they are breeding. I am unsure though.

Fingers crossed :good:
Found 2 Multis sharing a Murex shell 2 mornings in a row, had t move a couple of Multis back to the main tank to bring my new fish "ot of there shell" so to speak, so don't know which ones is which. I'm watching this thread with interest , be good to see some fry appear..... :good:
