Neolamprologus Multifasciatus , Brevis, Hecqui

I am thinking about it. I am not sure if my kribs will even breed. They have been showing signs of internal parasites and I have been treating them to no avail.

Ouch, are they flicking? Is there ocean rock in the tank, I read somewhere that some types of rock have organisms (had to watch the spelling there lol) in them and can cause parasites, but I don't know how much (if any) is true? To be honest maybe not best mixing the 2 species, I understand about water parameters, whe I found out Kribs could go in the higher pH it was the first thing I thought of doing because they are colourful interesting fish and the female courting behaviour is awesome to watch. Stuff the kribs, multis rock, tangs rule..... :hyper: :good:

They are not flicking. They have clear to milky poop, and it's really stringy. I have tried dewormer flake, but they won't eat it. I have tried PraziPro as well. It hasn't worked. The fish have stopped eating, so I am assuming they aren't going to make it.

I am receiving the multi's tomorrow. I am receiving 2 males, and 3 females. He told me there has not been any fighting, so I should not worry about the two males killing each other. He said he has only kept for for 2 and a half months, so they have not bred yet. I am also getting some shells for free from him. There will be pic's, don't worry!

I got them today! The guy told me he only saw 4 this morning, but that there are 5. I threw them into my tank after drip acclimation. Here is a picture of the male:

Here is one of the females trying to stay hidden:

Okay, I have now seen a total of 3 swimming around. I am concerned about the other two. I don't know if they are still hiding, or if they didn't make it. I have seen the two males and one female. I two males have been fighting. I almost pulled one out, but there is no where for him to go until the 47g is set up, except for the Bricahrdi tank, and that won't end out well. I have a pic of the one female, who has been hovering of the same shell for the past hour, lol!

The male shown in the picture is the one being bullied.

Here the male is again:

I got the glass hood and light for 25 bucks.

Just to add, here is a shot of my Brichardi. They are really putting on some size:

Lookin' good, like the use of different shels, tookme forever and a day to source Turbos :grr:
Are yo evntually going to changeover to sand substrate ? , you'll love watching them dig dig dig..... :good:

I am looking into more turbo shells atm. They seem to favor them the most. There appears to only be 4 multi's. I have no idea where the other female went. The males are still fighting, but it's not as bad. They are flirting with the females a lot. I hope I get some fry! I am not changing to sand. It's too much work. I won't be able to vacum the tank without fear of getting sand in my fish bucket and getting it all clogged up in my filter.

Will need to try harder to get my phone to talk to my PC. Will try get some pics up for you, its basically just a whole area condensed with shells which somehow they have dug into a pit in the sand, then dunes everywhere, ever been to maspalomas dunes  :good:

I was going to put up some new pictures, but my camera is no where to be found. Whenever I get a camera, I will put up new ones! The tank has defiantley been redecorated by the multi's!

Was going to ask where you got the Turbos from but I see you're over in the States, I'm in the UK and it took me ages and they were quite expensive, the Multis did seem to like useng them and still managed to bury them ok, the Escargot being much lighter tended to get moved around a lot, thats the great thng about a Multi tank, you sit back and let them do all the work  :good:
