Ok, so I NEED another tank...

Well, I want one anyway...

Question is, how on earth do I convince my other half to let me? I have offered to buy a 3d tv, but even that hasn't worked!

I'm having the same problem. I have several tanks in storage and slowly would like to set them all up. My plan is to set one up at a time while she's at work and just see how long it takes her to notice. ( I know it will be right away, but by then it will be to late.)

I now have permission to REPLACE my tank with a BIGGER one!!!

Can you just say can we trial run the tank and see if it looks nice then just simply keep the tank whether he likes it or not lol??

Hmmm that first responce is quite devious...

Doesnt want another tank because fishkeeping has now taken over my life somewhat...spend more time on the fish etc...and on this forum of course

Yeah we do.....but sometimes its more of a want than a need...maybe he can see the BIGGER picture of where this is all going and feels that there may be more time spent with the fish than with him. Not every partner shares their companions hobbies with the same fervour as they do.
