Looks like a bacteria infection that look untreatable sorry

Looks more like a tumor. Or an internal prolapse. But in both cases untreatable. How's he doing now?

It's weird but it seem like it went down. I don't if he was just constipated.

It can't be constipation. I mentioned that it's untreatable. Which is correct. But that doesn't mean that they will die of it. It won't disappear but it can become less.
