Need Help Uploading Pics

right i need serious help how do u upload pics this is wreckin my head and i dont know how to resize my pics and i havent got pain shop pro. i need help please thanks

Resizing without Paint Shop Pro/Photoshop:

To post an image onto the forums, do this:

1. Go to http/www.tinypic.com or another image hosting service
2. Upload your image
3. Take the BBS code it gives you (it will have a at the beginning)
4. Paste the code into your post
5. Voila!

First take a photo and put on your computer (My Pictures). Hopefully you are running Windows XP. Go to START then ALL PROGRAMS then ACCESSORIES then PAINT. Clik FILE then OPEN then find your photo open it. Then clik IMAGE then STRETCH/SKEW. In the window reduce both the horizontal and vertical to 30%. Then call it something and save. After that use the recommended hosting site http/tinypic.com/ or http/imageshack.us/ following the easy to use instructions in the previous post reply and locate you reduced picture file By doing this it will make your image a viewable size rather than having to scroll around to see it all.

You can also get photobucket, which is free and then you upload your photos to there and then copy the img hyperlink to the forum and then when people view it, the picture will show up! Well good luck and let me know if you need helP!

Paintshop pro is shareware. http/www.download.com/Paint-Shop-Pro/300...4-10001995.html

Please Please don't use Paint. this has a really cheap JPG algorithm. Also save the photo to a loss-less, format: tiff, tga, psd or the native format of the editor, before you edit them, then save them as JPGs. I use a forum based Image host, lol i like to know exactly who can see what. though i also have a imageshack and photobucket accounts too, and i have no complaints.

When you get your head around the image hosting, give it a go, if you have any problems or questions, add to this thread. i will keep a look out, and help if i can. lol, i bet im not the only one
