Also, there actually IS a freshwater type of bumblebee goby. Yes it can survive in brackish too, but 1 of them really is freshwater.

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I've always heard that even "freshwater" bumblebee gobies don't thrive unless they have at least a little salt in their water...

Even if they are completely freshwater, a newbie wouldn't know the difference as it doesn't specify and LFSs often sell the brackish type as freshwater.
