My reasons to move to WA #1 😅

Really nice video.
Loved the fish (kinda looks like a Goby) and the anemones!
And beautiful scenery!

Gorgeous!

How far away is that from you if you mind me asking?

About 3 hours. Only 20 minutes from my grandparents. We used to go there all the time in summer, so it was definitely fun. The tide was the lowest I’ve ever seen it

That is really nice terrain.

I live on the bay with the highest tides in the world, the Bay of Fundy. We have similar terrain on the Atlantic side, but the force of the tides means very little life can be seen along the shore. Any tidal pools are scoured out by the rush of water. I'd love to be able to explore around shores like that. Winter beaches are great.

Oh nice!!
So it's fairly far but 3hrs isn't TOO bad.
Really cool place nonetheless.

Hm, I wonder why it was so low... Strange.
Maybe all the times before that you went it was mid-high tide and this time it was low tide?... (unlikely but just a guess lol)

I love it! It’s been a long time since I had been able to go tide pooling, thankfully it was a good day and I was able to walk around and explore

Yeah we never check the tides and just go when we’re in the area and free, just happened to be low tide this time

Here, you check the tides. The last time I ran full out on a beach was the last time I didn't. I could have spent 12 hours sitting in pines on a flowerpot island, otherwise.

Really beautiful place. I would love to visit the ocean again, only went once.
I know so many states are landlocked but it still is crazy to me that people don’t see the ocean. I lived by it in NZ and I live by it here. I can’t imagine any different. I think I’d feel trapped if I didn’t
