My Tank Test Very Day I Check

With weekly water changes .

Out of my tap water in bathroom

Don't use an old test kit ,The one i got when i got the tank .Didnt check the date of it .Out of date .sho nut.
I went out to day and bought another kit API test kit .This is what i came up with ,with new kit

What's up with your ammonia and nitrites? Looks pretty high.
