My Tank Appears To Be Attracting Household Fly's.

Tis very strange. At any one time they'll be about 6 of them sitting on the glass. It makes no difference whether the light is on or off. its most bizarre.

Has anyone got any idea how to get rid. Obviously I can't spray them with chemicals. I hve left the lid up today in the hope they will fly in and become a tasty treat but they just stay on the glass.

Any ideas please

Might want to invest in plastic tank cover that goes over the top of the tank before the lid.
