I agree with that it wouldn't be a good thing.

There's no need for it anyway, after while here you learn who to trust and who not to. If someone is new then I just take a look at previous posts or wait for a second opinion. But for some people I know that I don't need a second opinion.

It's best just to gain your own opinion of someone and keep it to yourself

I don't think this is a good idea. It can alienate noobs who are just trying to help. Also if someone doesn't like your opinion, you could end up getting a boo for it. Just like I would probably be getting one now
