I asked my brother to make rock-like plant pots & pleco caves in blender that I'm planning on covering with black silicone & dipping in black sand. This is what he came up with (I'm so excited, I have a goldfish who would definitely uproot unpotted plants, and these'll look so nice):

Talk about timing... yesterday I looked on Shapeways to see if anyone had created food-grade printed aquarium plant pots, supplies, etc! (answer: none that I could find)
