My Plec For An Id Please

I've had this guy under a year now and my he looks lovely I know he's a common ,but what kind of common,any id's would be most welcome

i would suggest it is a Hypostomus plecostomus, or plain Common pleco, though the pic is not great. its not a sailfin imo. both can exceed 24 inches, though they are often smaller, 18 inches is not uncommon.
