My Pirahnas Going Blind Help Plz

Already 3 of my piranhas have dead on me plz help. I have had my piranhas for over 6 years. They are in a 225gl tank. Symptoms are lazy behaver and really sluggish. But my main consern is there eyes, there murky and the ones that died went blind and there eyes like caved in. I have never had any problems with be for. I found them died after I came home after I came back from the

Were their eyes "caved in" after you found them dead or whilst they were still alive?

What are your water parameters?  (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate).

Ya there eyes did cave in will there were alive. But the three that are left, are acting sluggish, like I put my hand and pocked them to see there reaction but they do nothing.

Cloudy eyes-bacterial infection I'd presume but impossible to say what and how to treat. You can possibly try a broad medication as long as you pick carefully as to not destroy the filter bacteria.
