Why do you want to do that? If you have to for some reason - just ensure you are very particular about checking your water and do a water change if things start to creep up. As long as the three fish are young juvies you should be ok

i love yellow tangs if i could set up a juwel rio 240 or 300 i would get one need a bit more inverts
