My New Tank!

Okay, i basically built this entire tank from nothing!, i was givin a 20gallon tank with a broke 30 inch glass...so i fixed it up, silicone it up, was giving a broke hood with no bulb, so i patchd up the free hood, bought a T5 ballast kit with bulb from home depot and retro it into the frame of the hood.

I went to Dominican Republic for December on vacation and found rocks and brought then over,added some water, left over gravel and fishs that i had in my 10gallion tank BAM magic !! i love the new setup, please tell me what u guys think and how i can improve it!!! ; )

well what do u think!! i really like it alot and for about $10 bucks! lol its basically a free fish tank ; )

hahahaha nooo stop, i had my corny 10g set up for about 4 years, everything just landed on my lap and i just put the effort to put it together,but i got the idea's from this forum, like rock lay outs n what not, just need to start planting it and adding my little red cherry friends in there ; )

i'll post tonight a pic of one of the rocks that i put in there, it has a brown tint in the rock, i think...... thinkkkk it might b copper ;( at first it lookd like a slight golish color to it, now it looks like a dark brown color to it ; (

wait those rocks u got from the deminican republic in the tank with the fish at the moment? because if it is they can do harm to your fish if u havent cleaned them

I was going to rob a few things from the Red Sea when I went for my bro's marine tank. But they are very strict over there with things like that. But I can see why, if everyone did it, there place would be destroyed
