These are my two male badis. I love them. They are very active little fish and are quite cute. They are finicky little things, though and only eat live food, but i'm working on that.

These are my two male badis. I love them. They are very active little fish and are quite cute. They are finicky little things, though and only eat live food, but i'm working on that.
Nice looking fish.
Keep working on them. A doctor of veterinary medicine who belongs to our local club has even been raising arowanas on pure man made food, no live food at all. He says that people who use live food have just not tried hard enough to make them adapt. I am not sure that I agree but his results speak volumes for his methods. He buys tiny ones at only a couple of inches long and sells them back to the LFS at about 2 feet long.
