The better half is now going mental lol (even more so after I purchased a 2nd GTX 580 so i could pair it with the other for SLI.

Got the same case, looks good in the dark, but sounds like a Boeing on take off with all the fans at full!!

Love the cable management on them though, I've got the Gigabyte UD5 board and found the SATA connections a bit of a pain though.

6970 > GTX 570, and, as I said, enjoy your Fermi barbeque. Especially if you're running SLI.

Those 570's aren't that bad, my friend is running a single one and the heat output isn't that bad, however for cost and performance I would prefer a pair of 6970s. I'm only running a 6850 as there's no point going higher as my bottleneck will no doubt be my CPU.
