You need to move them out of the 5 gallon as soon as possible, and if you don't have another suitable tank (ie one with a temp warm enough for them) you need to return them to the store.
The other thing about rams is that they need to choose their own mates, so if you bought just any male and any female there is a great chance they won't get along and in the confines of such a small tank one will end up dead before very long from being attacked by the other.
