My Managerie of Tanks

Great looking pics as usual :kewlpics:
Rearranged the hardscape in the 135g for the first time since it's been set up

There he is! The man, the fish, the legend! (Pretty obvious by now, but he's a favourite of mine out of all your fish) Also nice rescape.
June 10th I had a lot of brochis splendens born. Got a huge batch of them.

Wow, they barely have any adult colours at a young age. It will be interesting to see how they develop into the emerald colour :)

Neowise is awesome, he's a whole 5 years old now too

As for the brochis, I've made a growth chart for previous batches, it does take them quite awhile to get the emerald color. These will likely be big enough to sell before they get their emerald color. There's already a hold on 12 of them lol there's probably like 60+ fry this round.

I need to get a couple more totes to spread them apart because there are some many lol

While here, a video of the microglanis cats. 2 females and 2 males in the group and the females are rotund. Very rotund. Big mouths on these little catfish. Eat entire pleco bug bites sticks in one bite 🙃

derpy little guys

We have quite a few babies, all growing strong lol

Someone local was rehoming a goldfish, and we had room for a 3rd, so we reached out. Meet Oreo! A black Moore, at this point I am leaning towards her being a lady, due to thinner pectoral spines and lack of "breeding stars" on the gill plates, but could be proven wrong should those still be yet to develop.

Glad you took 'her' in. I'm sure her quality of life just improved immensely. She's a lucky fish. From what you describe she does sound like a she. What about vent shape--innie or outie? The latter would confirm gender.

Didn't get an opportunity to check the vent, totally slipped my mind lol

Did just check through some photos and it looks to be an outie

That said, she did have a good home prior! She was being rehomed because her previous owners were moving and didn't want to have to move her and her large tank multiple times.
