Here are the last of my remaining boys, I have decided not to get anymore now especially with teh passing of my very special boy calcifer recently, but the ones I have (6 remaining) are doing well.

Onyx - always has hated the camera, he is a little lumpy at the moment but hoping to fix with peas and garlic juice

Reno - My now oldest OAP, still the snakiest of my boys and friendliest, he potters along nowadays, recently gone through lighter colour change suspect with his age. He is tops at bubblenesting.

Zippy - Known tailbiter, who hasnt (touchwood) since I have had him, change of home has done him good, have moved regularly to stop from getting bored, his tail is starting to catch up now.

Gambit - the most impressive of my recoveries, he came to me with hardly any finnage and was told I would never see any CT in him ever, those fins were gone, he has proven wrong and his CT has been coming back an absolute treat

Ifrit - my only pet shop bought fish, he has the stunningest blue iridescent eyes I have ever seen on a fish, he gets quite soulful looking at times, close second to Reno with his bubblebuilding!

Enigma - the one type of betta I had always wanted and he doesnt disappoint! He has grown well with his finnage and has the personality to match his finnage. except for Gambit he is the only one that likes to just display for the fun of it

LOL thanks loraxchick, I think all bettas have their own little stories and personalities (plus I do blab on ;))x

They are all gorgeous! And it sounds like you have done wonderful things for all of them and they all love you very much!! I think my favorite would have to be Reno! His coloring is just tops! And that picture is gorgeous

Thanks lol, as to your q haych not sure! Only had one VT out of all my bettas but have to say his are always massively bubbly, solid, Reno makes them more regularly but not nearly as many layers

Nemo made a small one (HMPK) but it was several layers OUT of the water, but small bubbles, Terry (HM) has made a good one but Hunter (VT) made a MAHOOSIVE nest!

WOW What beautiful fish you have, bettas are my fav fish, i'd love a tank of them, but cant for the obvious reason, i still think they are stunning though. Would i get away with putting one in with guppies, platies and albino corys?

Hi, i wouldnt put a betta in with guppies as he guppies nip betta's fins. The corys should be ok they don't bother each other.. platties i have no idea about as ive never kept them. Eva.
