or i also though of this:
3 x angels
2 x rams (not sure what kind but one will auto be a gbr)
1 x paradise fish
4 x pygmy cories

Aston, you cannot have more than 1 Angelfish unless you want an over-stocked battlefield. I would not get an angelfish

what if i kept my 2, and got rid of all barbs and tetras though? i really want to ditch them because they are getting to be pretty big and i have a feeling one of these days they're gonna turn on my angels. i honestly have more room with 2 angels in the tank, 1 paradise, 1 ram, and 1 cory in the tank because the cynprinids are so big.

I wouldn't keep the Paradisefish, they need lower temps than your other fish do and are more aggressive. Why not do this;
2 Angelfish
8 Pristella Tetra
2 Gold Ram
6 Corydoras

That would be your absolute highest possible stocking
