I have been fish keeping for approx 1 year and my fish continue to keep dying.

In my time I have mainly stocked Guppies, Tetras (which are the only ones to have survived), Mollies and Catfish.
They are kept in a 60l Orb tank. All water levels are tested regularly and are found to be fine. I do a 20% water change every two weeks (we live in Scotland where the water is softer) as recommended by our local tropical fish stockist.

I am a big animal lover and I hate to think I am killing these fish. Can anyone help????

How many fish have you had in there and what type of filtration have you got?

too small of tank maybe
Definately not! It is a 60 litre and I would be lucky to have 30cm total of fish in it at anyone time. Should have also said I de-chlorinate the water each water change and the temp is approx 24 degree.

8 tetras in there at the moment. It is the Bio-Orb anti-algae filter.

When you say your water stats are 'fine' what are the levels and what test kit are you using?
