Would the plants survive if I went brackish and got a couple of dwarf puffers and a couple bumble bee gobies?

small, its only 5 gallons, the puffer thing was just an idea, if its too small no problem, thats why I posted, as I say first nano.

Ok 1 dwarf, would he be ok in those surroundings? the tank might look a bit sparse for a while, the lfs I have seen them at they are usually 0.5" I know they get to 3" when grown but is there anythink that could go in as well?. I take it they would devour shrimps?

Biggest dwarf puffer I've ever heard of was 2", they are normally around 1". Some eat shrimp, some don't.

Hi, what is the flower looking ornament made of? It looks like a great way to create caves!

I don't know, they are some kind of barnacle I would hazard a guess, they have seemed to crop up at fish stores in my area lately, you cant really see in the picture but the rocks are a metallic green so I thought the pink would complement it.

I would love to keep gobies, Are there many small fresh water gobies? I know they exist but havent seen any in the trade as yet. anyone know of a good source for them?
