Musk Turtle Advice

Hi, i have two young Musks' and i wondered if i can keep a Siamese Fighter with them and for them to live in harmony, I've got the fighter in another tank with my tropical fish and he keeps killing my neon tetra by cornering them, so i wondered if i can successfully keep him in with the turtles, any advice will be greatly appreciated.
