Moving QT decorations to display tank

Have a couple new fish in the QT. Once quarantine is over and assuming no obvious health issues that would have contaminated the tank, can I just move a couple of the QT decorations to the display tank? When I do QT water changes, I'm using display tank water so parameters are essentially the same.

If the fish are healthy after a month in quarantine and have had no diseases, then just rinse off the ornaments and move them into the other tank.
