Congrats you are going to be the proud owner of a mouthful of fish in a few weeks! Seriously though thsi is very common in a malawi setup. It will take a while (2 weeks iirc, but could be wrong) before she lets the fry go. After they are out of the mouth they can be fed crushed flake and other suitibly sized live foods.

congrats on the mouth fall, with malawi you can normally tell they are close as if you look closely at the fish for a little while you'll be able to see the fish in her mouth brilliant thing to see these are the best fish to watch at mating and bringing the brood up in the mouth.have you got alot of hiding places for the mum? if not possibly a seperete tank as she wont spit unless she feels confident that her babys are safe,if decide a different tank then once she spits feed her up for a day then tank her out as she will eat the babys.i will worn you though keep an eye on her as they dont eat and if she is left in the big tank with the others it will take her longer to spit the longer she keeps in the mouth the longer she without food when the mum starts looking weak and skinny thats when you might want to look up striping the mother ,the other thing if you take her out of the tank when you put her back in then after she spits :D change the decor so she wont get chased hope thats everything good luck and hopefully we'll see some pics soon of the wigglers
