You know, I understand wanting others to think it looks great and awesome, but at the same time you must remember that everyone has different opinions. While one may think it's ugly, others would think it looks great. And in the end, you're the one that has to look at it day in and day out.
If you're wanting opinions though, I think the last photo you have up looks good.

i agree completley, im not going to do anything i dont like, i jsut know that mbuna cichlids need caves or tunnels or whatever, and being new i just wanted to get an idea of what i need more of, i am trying to "split territories" and have them able to get along, thats it !

As has been said, it's all about personal preference, as I really don't think your fish will object to how pleasing to the eye it is.

Personally though, I just can't stand artificial looking tanks, so I can't even look beyond the gravel you have used.
