have a molly she is preg. she has a small what looks like a tube coming out birthing tube?? but a black hole has appeared just past where she poo is this were the babys come from i feel mean she in a breeding trap but want to save fry.

Sounds like a birthing tube.

Fish can get stressed in a bredding trap, because of the confined space, especially a larger livebearer like a molly. This could cause problems.

yer i took her out. guess i will have to let her do it in tank and set a breeding tank upo for future

I have been looking at your fuzzy pictures and really do not think she is squared off much, from what I can tell. Keep an eye on her but it could well be several days before that female is ready to drop. If you can provide some decent cover, molly fry often do quite well being raised in the main area of a livebearer tank.
