Mixed tetra school?

Hi,
I have a small 5G tank . It has the 3 Neons tetras and 2 black phantom tetra. My neons dont school together..they are aggressive. They fight and try to eat of each other. But the fishes seems healthy. Can anyone help me out. Can i add two more neons?

for a proper school, you need at least six. a larger number will help cut down on the aggression, but your tank is really too small. maybe if you got rid of the skirts and just had 6 neons you'd do fine.

No. Small tetras will school together occasionally because they feel safer in groups and with fish of the same size.
