I just wanted to share my near instant love with Mika
(Firstly, my taste in music is incredibly eclectic and pop is not something I listen to an awful lot so this is not indicative of my "usual" taste in music)

I heard his Grace Kelly song a few times on the radio and decided I just loved it and wanted to find out what else he does. And discovered his new album "Life in cartoon motion". And I'll just carry on gushing and say I love all the songs on it.
My fav's are Grace Kelly, Lollipop and Any Other World (especially the album version, not the one on youtube which cuts out the beginning and end - the parts that really make the song what it is).

Aaaand, I'm now going to see him live in London on the 14th of May

Just a shame he's untouchably gay and like 10 years too young for me. But he's still cute as anything!

So, any other Mika fans here - or am I in a fan club of my own ?

OMG i love Mika too, i have a well camp taste if music, 80s pop and now pop, but i love "grace kelly" the video is a bit weird when its a little girl that says the "were leaving part", and i love the high notes. Violet sky, its like he is wearing very tight jeans.

Bloo.. Thats the first time that Iv heard his lollypop song..His music is very catchy..Think I will have to look out for his album next time im at the shops.. x

mmm I don't think he's a One Trick Pony. Have you listened to the whole album?

I think "Over my Shoulder" (especially) and "Any Other World" are very different from the rest - he certainly has his own style and not everything is the same - in my opinion
