I'm new to all this but having fish-kept home alone for a little while now, I was wondering if fish people get together.

Clubs? Shows? Furtive assignations at the local fish shop? Dark car parks in the dead of night lit only by the glow of a neon?

It depends on your area, but looking for local clubs, members or checking the clubs section of this forum will help you find some areas and people to meet up with

You bet we do. We call it a club meeting but it really provides a chance to talk to other fish keepers. We have a list of local clubs right here. If none of those clubs are close enough to you, consider setting up your own club. There are fish fanciers all over the globe and we all need to spend time with our peers. A good source of information for establishing a new club is here. They have lots of hints to get you started on it.
