In the decent photo, Prancer looks male, and does in the first photo too. Poppy looks male too. Persia is female. In the collage photo, Picasso looks male.
 
If I'm right, you've either got a ratio of 3m:2f or 4m:1f. Even if I'm wrong about Picasso, that would still leave 2m:3f, and you will probably find that the females get very stressed from constant amorous attention from the males (and possibly stressed to the point of death). If you have a chance to swap some, try to get all males, as you won't get overrun with fry.

Thanks you so much for your help! I posted better photos of the other two. I'll try and swap out females once I know whom is whom.
Oooooh. It's the back find part that tells you. Picasso is definitely male. Pancake I'm not sure yet

Hard to tell on the angle but I'm betting male, but really need to see the anal fins extended to get a real idea.

He is male. I just double checked him after looking at a photo between male and female fins. So I have 4 male and 1 female. Going to return her for a blue male instead. Thanks for your help everyone.

Persia is going back because she's female so I'll replace her with a male blue platy and he'll be Persia II. If I see another male I can't resist, I'll get him and need a P name

Pixie is too girly for a boy. I don't want him to get picked on in the aquarium playground. . Though, Pancake isn't too masculine either. Maybe he's burnt pancakes. That's a tough name lol
I do like the name Piccolo. But I'll wait to see personality
