Marsilea Quadrifolia... Need Info Please?

ive ordered in some marsilea quadrifolia through work, (mainly because that was the only marsilea sp. that was on the list), but ive since heard that its a bog plant not a submerged one?
will it still carpet the bottom of the tank?

ive got fertiliser substrate under the gravel, liquid ferts and x2 18watt t5 light bulbs

it is a bog plant and may rot, according to sources i have read so far...most have said it will rot

ditto, needs to be emersed or half submerged
do a search on here and see how people have got on!

plants alive says it will carpet, is this just them trying to sell? or are they not allowed to give bogus info?
