As far as I can tell, the goby is a Stonogobiops dracula.

Not bad I suppose, clowns aren't really my marine forte, but the goby, shrimp and dragonet are cool.

Are marine tanks hard to maintain? If they are, how much harder are marine tanks than freshwater tanks.

It's not a Stonogobiops dracula. They are a High-Finned Banded Goby.

We have one of these at work, but I don't know the latin name off the top of my head. It was imported to us as a "Zebra Goby".

If i can find the latin name then I will post it for you.

Well I've tried a number of goby sites that have pics and still can't find an exact match. It resembles a couple of the Strongobiops genus the closest. While some of the gobies in that genus have an enlarged first dorsal spine, others are very similar to this one. The thing that puts me off this genus is the shape of the second dorsal.
