Ok then.

A 15g will do for two Ocellaris or clarkii clowns.
If you get a 20g you can have the two Ocellaris or clarkii clowns and one other smaller fish such a fire fish(Or other small fish).

You want to aim for 20x-30x the tank in turn over. So for the 15g you want 300-450gph and for the 20g 400-600gph.

You want to have 1lb/G (Or more) for live rock. Sand is not needed but if you want it, 2-3inches of sugar fine (or larger as long as it’s not in the crushed coral size range) coral sand.

You will need to do about 10% WC and top of regularly with fresh water

SOME fish are more messy in fresh water but in salt water all fish are different and their is no "Average" each tank/fish is deferent and response must be based upon what is wanted in the tank and other things this is why most threads are" long winded spiels".
