Tropicals - to set up a nice marine tank I'd want to use corals, and be able to chose from a range of fish - and taking corals from reefs causes damage that takes ludicrous time to "heal".
I really wish someone would persuade me that marine fish keeping doesn't damage coral reefs, though...

Check out www.garf.org - many of the corals that are available for purchase these days have been propogated in breeding facilities - same as how many fish available are tank bred now.
 
H'mm, may have to take that back then... interesting link - I just always thought coral took decades to grow a couple of inches, etc etc.
Love marine, except that blue light always looks a bit space-age to me. Also, the cost....
