Maintenance Page Stuck

I am not sure what the issue is, but when I click on my name in the top right corner of the forum and then click "My content", this is what I get below. It's been like that since yesterday and is driving me nuts.
 
 
I click on the stuff in the red circle....

 
 
 
 
And this is what loads up....

 
 
3-7 minutes it says, and like that for the last 13 to 17 hours

Yeah - the maintenance thing is a cache problem.

Just to confirm what others have said...it's a cache issue. It gets in the browser and depending on your settings can be hard to get rid of. I have my browser set to reload pages every time I open and close my browser which avoids old pages.
 
If you have a high speed connection caching pages isn't as important as it used to be.

I know, but that's from the actual makers of the software. My guess is, there's some joke behind it.
 
I still have databases that spell "privileges" wrong because I always typoed spelling it so it became a think I did on purpose.

Thanks all guys. I tested on my other computer and I had no problems so it was an issue with the explorer settings on this one. Clearing the settings/history/cache alone didn't help so I reset IE to defaults and all is well again
