I bought OmegaOne Freeze Dried shrimp. It was sitting on shelf under aquarium for couple of months. Unopened! Today I've decided to use it... And opened up I see silica-bag with obvious hole in it & 3(!!!) 0.5cm maggots crawling on it. I cant return it back to store :( Should I threw away this food? Googled that maggots is safe to feed to fish but what about effects of infected with them bag of silica? It could "leak" all over shripms... Also right on top there is dried fish (!!) not a shrimp. Feel like rip off food on quality & preservation...  Count this food not safe for feeding?  Or give it a try?

Wow!

Personally, I wouldn't, but maybe it's safe...the dead fish really throws me off.
