i bought a pretty big bristle on saturday but now i cant find it anywhere i thought i might have got out the tank but its not

i took the bogwood out and ran my fingers through the sand but nothing and its too big to get in the filter i think

any ideas?

They do and can hide so give it time.

Put a chunk of crochet in there tonight and go back in an hour :shifty:

NO.......Thats were my bristle's used to hide, so i crammed it full of gravel underneath,,,,,even my angel female from my old breeding pair would try to squezze under there....

om lol i lost two for about a week and when i clean out my filter the jumped out lol
they are fine but they had grown like twice the size ####???

They're great hiders. I don't even bother checking mine anymore. Luckily for me, mine comes out of the tank almost every night at 9PM and does a swoop check around the tank. But if you come over in the afternoon and ask to see him, I'm not going to be able to find him for you.

ok cheers

i think i will get an external filter soon so the bugger cant hide

Im sure he's about somewhere, he will turn up when you least expect it.

I know you have the juwel internal, have you checked inside the filter, it is very possible he has got inside, whilst sucking up the side of it and gone down into that way and be amongst the sponges.
