Looking For A Filter For 100l Tank

I've just been looking online for external filters as my one just broke on me. When they say gph, here for example, does that mean us or uk gallons? I know its a uk site but its not clear sometimes.
I guess I need quite a high turnover since its going to be heavily planted too, can anyone suggest a decent filter?

i googled it and it says it only dose 440lph whitch isnt really enough you want somethink aroung 1000 lph

Apparently the Fluval 305 does 1000lph, might go for that.

Fluval U2 or U4 i think.

I'd go for the U4 for extra filteration.
