:hyper: A friend of mine needs advice. She bought a big discus yesterday afternoon. she left the light off all yesterday and the discus was swimming and feeding healthy only slightly on one side. Is this how they swim anyway? she has put the lights on this morning and he had eaten tetra prima and swimms around quite happy but still a bit lob-sided! it this normal? thanks :good:

Try some shelled peas it might just be constipated.
Good luck.

he/she seems to be okay now. feeding well, brilliant bright and no stress! its still lob-sided when hiding behind the bogwood but it's probably the way he/she hides and the shape of the bogwood.

Tilting to one side can be constipation to swim bladder problem, need to try them shelled peas to give the fish a good flush through.
