I voted platies, but my real vote would have been female guppies. Not that keen on the males- they are such fragile creatures these days.

I am more successful with guppies but I love my lyretail swordtails so I voted for swordtail. I wish tetras were live bearers ;p

No, it's really not.

The correct pluralisation of "platy" is "platies".

Apostrophes are never used to make plurals (e.g., the infamous greengrocer's apostrophe, as in banana's and cauliflower's). Nor are they used to make plurals out of numbers (e.g., 1960's is wrong).

I really like Mollies and guppies but I didn't know what to go for. I love Guppies cause of thier colour and Mollies because of their personality even though my favourite one died I voted Mollies.

It was a montezuma of mine, he has passed thriugh the the porcelin kingdom to the great fishy reasting ground beyond. I have had a colony of mottled ivories and another of the blue green monties for years.

i had some platys in my 50 gallon awhile ago, they were aweome, they kissed my spongebob ornament alot... and they were always doing something, they were never bored and they constantly explored the tank...

Sadly...they died though.. when the great tank massacre happend...lol
