Your lighting level is about the same as mine.
It's fairly low, but that won't stop you having lots of plants.

Some easy ones:
Java fern
Java moss
Anubias
Cryptocoryne
Vallisneria
Cabomba

Any variations of the above pretty much will do fine, just don't get anything red.

As many as you like...
Look at some aquascaping, see what you like, and come up with a design.

You don't need CO2. You won't need CO2 no matter how many plants you have because of your low lighting.
