Live food for tropical

Hi all, looking to grow some little foods not fish; daphnia, scuds etc . Amazon say their breeder unit requires water at 28-30 deg C ??
I can’t have my tanks at that so how do you people breed and what are you using.

Daphnia die off in Perth when the water hits around 20C. We grow them over winter here and keep them cool. By November, virtually all Daphnia here has gone.

Moina tolerate warmer water but you have to order them online and get the cysts sent to you.
