Live Blood Worm Storage

I just bought Live blood worms and put them in a cup with a lid and pierced tiny holes for air, has anyone had problems with this, how long will they last?

I would say you can only get a week out of them, keep them cool, in the refrigerator maybe.

I always keep mine in the refrigerator, but in a sealed tupperware box for hygiene reasons.

they should live longer if kept cool.

I've also heard of them being kept in the cistern of the toilet, but never tried it.

apparently they have a longer life spam in the cool tempretures like a fridge, that's where my lfs keeps 'em and he says it's best kept that way.
