Little centipede thingies ????

Hi there I have just noticed that I have a couple of caterpillar things and little tiny swimming shrimp things living under my anemone. I'm not sure what they are and whether they are bad for my tank. Any ideas?

Might be bristleworms. And the tiny shrimps sound like copopods.
