I want to get a good light for my 29 gallon tank. I want it to be a nice bright light that will be good for plants. I will post a few links to lights I am looking at. Which one would be the best kind for my tank? Thanks in advance!

I have just put one of these over a tank and am really impressed by it.

All my lights but one are Finnex Stingrays. The other I have is similar to the ones you listed, just no remote and stuff. I like both. The thing to look at when light shopping is the spectrum. A good balance between blue and red light is preferred and a light with UV and IR is greatly desired. Plants like the UV and blue spectrum for root and foliage growth and they like the Reds and IR for flowering.

Thanks for the replies! I think I'm going to go with this light. It probably won't be good to grow red or pink plants though would it?

One more thing...
would this lid fit an Aqueon 29 gallon tank? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GC9BM8L/?tag=ff0d01-20 I lined up the measurements of the lid to my tank and it is 0.2 centimeters off. would that be a big difference?

The reds and pinks come out with the iron in your water. They will take the same light as green plants it's just the more iron you have in your water the more the reds will come out.
